A pioneer in glasses-free 3D imaging, Alioscopy designs and assembles autostereoscopic monitors in France for all needs.

After establishing the founding principles of digital autostereoscopy in 1986 and filing an initial patent in 1987, Pierre Allio founded the company in 1999. Alioscopy manufactures ultra-high-precision lenticular lens arrays on proprietary machinery and holds a broad portfolio of international patents.

Laureate of France 2030, the World Innovation Challenge and the INPI Innovation Award, Alioscopy is headquartered in Paris with an additional office in Singapore. Its new 8K display range broadens the realm of 3D perception, without headset or glasses. The Portal, its new flagship 65" display, allows each viewer to experience radical immersion, as if discovering a three-dimensional world through a window, with no limit to depth, at real-world scale. This experience has a name: ExoReality. Also applicable to augmented reality, it shifts the paradigm of immersion.

Headsets are intended for virtual reality. The Portal opens the gates to real virtuality.

The Alioscopy 8K range includes two 31.5" monitors of outstanding quality, available either in portrait or in landscape orientation. All have a striking visual impact.

As the only vertical 8K autostereoscopic display of this size, the Alioscopy 3D8K 31.5"PT monitor is ideal for displaying portraits as well as any detailed content requiring high-end volumetric restitution.

Alioscopy and Spoon announced a strategic partnership at Vivatech 2025 to bring AI to life through glasses-free 3D avatars displayed on the Alioscopy 3D8K 31.5"PT and the Exobox. Visitors of the Viva Lounge had the opportunity to chat with Miroka from Enchanted Tools, the three-dimensional character seen here on-screen.

Exobox is available in different sizes for a variety of applications

Exobox was initially engineered for preoperative surgical planning, by leveraging its ability to project the volumetric reconstruction of an organ as a look-alike hologram.

Alioscopy then designed more compact versions of the technology, intended to display luxury items with striking visual impact.

An automotive Exobox was introduced by Marelli to project a three-dimensional personal assistant above the dashboard towards the driver.

The collection also includes the Object Exobox, which uses precision mirrors to cast a perfect reflection of the object secured within.

Exobox: The Art of Illusion

Exobox redefines the boundaries between the physical and digital worlds. It delivers breathtaking three-dimensional illusions that appear to hover in mid-air in front of the device. Long a hallmark of science fiction, holographic projection has finally become a reality.

Exobox brings digital twins vividly to life. It embodies striking three-dimensional digital replicas of objects, whether fine jewelry, luxury watches, collectibles, artworks, CAD models, medical reconstructions, or digital avatars. They are remarkably faithful yet amazingly intangible reproductions of each original object.

Exobox lends itself perfectly to augmented reality. Its volumetric images can float within a set design, a glass cube, a dome or any other custom environment. A compact version is also available, specifically engineered to comply with automotive requirements.
